As per the conditions of entry, all athlete entries must complete at least one duty.

Duties are by EVENT BLOCK. When you sign up for a duty, you will complete it for the WHOLE BLOCK—not just your child’s age group.
For example, if U6 Boys and Girls are at a jump pit together, you are signing up to officiate BOTH the boys and girls.

Event block one must report for duty at 7.45am to the Call Room.

Duty Descriptions:
Field Event Help – helping with the running of that event. Raking, Recording, Fetching, Spiking etc…

Presentation Assistant – assisting with the handing out of medals

Canteen/BBQ – assisting with the running of the canteen and BBQ

Marshaling Assistant – assist with the running of the call room, checking athlete uniforms,s and taking athletes to events

Starters Assistant – Assisting the starters by putting athletes into lanes and moving starting blocks.
