Parent Duty

When signing up all entrants ticked that they agree to participate in Parent Duty.

The parent duty we have been given is TIMEKEEPER RECORDER.
Parents on duty are required to write down the times yelled out by the official timekeeper for ONE team in a race. The on-duty parent must report for duty at the timekeeper’s tent 5 minutes before their race. To make it fair a parent from each team has been allocated a duty and they will time their own child’s team – we did this using a random number generator for each team.

Failure to perform your allocated duty may results in punishment for your child come the end of the season – we are all here to help the athletes!

Uniform

Athletes MUST be wearing FULL Cranbourne Uniform to compete
This includes
– Royal Blue Shorts with NO Pockets or Non-approved logos.
– Black or Royal Blue Leggings are allowed with NO Pockets or Non-approved logos.
– Coles patch SEWN on, above the LAVic logo on the athlete’s shirt.

ATHLETES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN IN TRACKSUIT PANTS OR WITH HOODED TOPS.

As part of the entry requirements please remember that not turning up to a team event such as relays, may result in consequences for end-of-season awards, and future region, state and centre events (such as Championship Day). You are letting down the other team members by not showing up. We understand things come up but notice will be required.
