Congratulations and Good Luck to all our athletes that have qualified for this weekend’s State Championships.
WE ASK ALL ATHLETES TO ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE THEIR FIRST EVENT!!! If you are running late you MUST contact Lisa, do not message or email as these won’t be checked all day. As shown in the timetable below, the call room closes 30 minutes BEFORE each event – if teams are not in the call room by then they will not be able to run!
What to do once you arrive?
Athlete Check In
This year we are introducing an ATHLETE CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT sheet. All athletes MUST sign in when they arrive and sign out when they leave, even if they are just leaving in between events. This is a new child-safe guideline, as well as a way for our team managers to know who is around.
If an athlete has not checked in before their event, they will be scratched and replaced.
Where to go?
Once you arrive at Lakeside Stadium, we will be set up in our usual spot on the back straight near the 1500m start. Cranbourne is known for making lots of noise and cheering on each athlete, so let’s keep that up and support each other as much as possible!
Duty Roster
As per entry conditions, all families may be required to perform a duty.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR NAME ISNT IS ON THE ABOVE SHEET, YOU MAY STILL BE ASKED TO PERFORM A DUTY.
For those that are rostered on for duty, we will ensure to look after you with minimal duties are future region/state events.
If you do not show up for your duty, your child will be scratched and replaced for all other relay teams. You will also put your spot in danger for all future Region/State events, future Cranbourne events, and Cranbourne season awards.
Uniform
Please ensure all Athletes have the full Cranbourne uniform – if you do not have the full uniform your child will not be allowed to compete – this is a LAVIC Rule and Condition of entry!
our Uniform includes
– Royal Blue Shorts (BLACK SHORTS AND LEGGINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED) with NO Pockets, No Patterns, or Non-approved logos (such as Nike, Adidas, etc…)
– Bottom Under Garments (leggings/bike shorts) must be either royal blue, beige, or plain black, with NO logos or no Patterns.
– Cranbourne Competition Top – any undergarments MUST BE BLACK or WHITE – NO OTHER COLOUR!
– Coles patch SEWN on, above the LAVic logo on the athlete’s shirt.
– 2022/23 Commonwealth Bank name patch.
